Partial Planning Package, Starting at $4195
For couples who have laid the foundation but need a professional to refine, elevate, and complete the planning process. Our Partial Planning package offers structured support where you need it most, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
This package includes:
Planning Consultation: A full review of your current plans, contracts, and checklist status
Vendor Recommendations & Management: Guidance securing remaining vendors and communication with your confirmed team
Design Refinement: Assistance in finalizing your design aesthetic, including decor, layout, and style cohesion
Timeline Creation: Development of a detailed event timeline and management of the day's logistics
Final Venue Walkthrough: Coordination of a walkthrough to align final details with vendors and venue team

This package includes:

Custom Timeline Creation: A detailed day-of timeline and production schedule for vendors and the wedding party
Venue Walkthrough: Coordination of a final walkthrough to confirm layouts, logistics, and flow
Rehearsal Coordination: Oversight and management of your ceremony rehearsal to ensure everyone is prepared
Full Wedding Day Management:
Oversight of vendor arrivals and setup
Guest flow management and timeline adherence
Problem-solving and troubleshooting behind the scenes
Direct point of contact for vendors, guests, and venue staff
Emergency Kit On-Site: Access to our fully stocked wedding day emergency kit for any last-minute needs

Add On's;
Month of Coordination; $400
Our Month-Of Coordination service is designed for couples who have managed the planning but need expert support to tie it all together. We step in 4 weeks before your wedding to finalize logistics, manage your budget and ensure all final vendor payments are completed, create a detailed timeline (including a customized hair and makeup schedule), and oversee every detail on the wedding day.
Table and Chair setup and breakdown; $200
Staff provided by Statt Events to set up and move around all tables and chairs per table layout/seating chart provided by you. As well as removal of tables and chairs at the end of the night.
Venue and office Mock Setup; $150
Set up of tablescape and decor. Taking items out of inventory for your viewing.
Overtime/ Extended hours;
$150 per additional hour past the allotted timeframe included in the package.
Bar Service; $250
One professional, highly trained Bartender for 6 hours of coverage. Must provide own Alcohol and all equipment needed to run the Bar. Additional time ($30 an hour).
